The order process
Six steps.
One considered result.
Begin with what you have. The details are developed together as your project moves forward.
- 01
Share your project
Send plans, approximate dimensions, photographs or inspiration. We’ll discuss the opening, location, intended use and any delivery or installation requirements.
- 02
Review the design & quote
Your detailed quote and initial drawing bring the dimensions, glazing, material, finish and hardware together. We refine the design with you before issuing the 40% deposit invoice.
Steelos confirms whether Artisan or Heritage is appropriate during design and quotation. You do not need to choose a profile before enquiring.
- 03
Approve the shop drawings
Once the deposit and final information are received, detailed shop drawings are prepared within five business days. Review, sign and return them before production begins.
The signed drawings become the manufacturing reference.
- 04
Manufacture & check
Your system is cut, formed, welded, finished, glazed and assembled to the approved drawings. Operation, hardware and presentation are checked before factory release.
- 05
Arrange factory release
When manufacturing and final checks are complete, the remaining 60% is invoiced. Payment is required before the order leaves the factory.
- 06
Deliver to site
The order is securely packed, shipped to Australia and cleared through customs. We then coordinate local delivery and installation where included in your accepted quote.
