Handle Options
Lever
Our standard lever has been selected for its clean architectural design, comfortable feel and long-term durability. It complements both modern and traditional steel doors while providing a smooth, solid operation every day.
Available in six standard finishes, with custom powder coating available to perfectly match your project.
Custom Steel
Every Steelos custom handle is made to order, giving you complete freedom over the size, profile, finish and mounting method. From understated architectural forms to bold statement pieces, each handle is crafted to complement the design of your door.
Manufactured from galvanised or stainless steel, available in powder coated or plated finishes, and supplied either welded seamlessly into the door or mechanically fixed to suit your design.
Pull
Our standard pull handles feature a fluted finish, chosen for its refined appearance and comfortable grip. For projects requiring a different look, a wide range of alternative surface finishes are available upon request, allowing each handle to be tailored to suit your design.

Lock Options
Mortice Lock
A mortice lock is installed within the door itself, creating a clean, concealed appearance. Turning the handle retracts the latch to open the door, while locking the door extends a solid deadbolt into the frame for added security. Faceplates and strike plates can be powder coated to match your door for a seamless finish.
Single Cylinder Deadbolt
A single cylinder lock is operated with a key from the outside and a thumb turn from the inside, allowing the door to be locked and unlocked without a key from within. Available in six standard colours, with custom paint matching also available for a seamless finish.
Smart Lock
he Schlage OMNIA™ Smart Lock is our preferred keyless entry system, combining security, convenience and modern design. It offers access via fingerprint, PIN code, Bluetooth and NFC, all managed through the Schlage app. Available in a Satin Nickel finish, it stores up to 300 fingerprints and 300 access codes. Alternative smart lock options are also available upon request.
Pivot Options
Floor Spring Pivot
A robust pivot solution designed for heavier steel doors. This system provides smooth self-closing operation and is a more economical option than concealed pivot systems. The floor spring is recessed into the floor, with a visible stainless steel cover plate, making it a practical choice where performance and value are equally important.
FritsJurgens
The FritsJurgens concealed pivot system is our premium pivot solution, engineered to be completely hidden within the door and floor. With no visible floor plate or overhead closer, it creates a clean, minimalist appearance while delivering exceptionally smooth operation.
Designed for luxury residential projects, the system requires no excavation into the finished floor, making installation simpler and preserving uninterrupted flooring throughout the space.
Concealed Pivot
A concealed pivot is an elegant and cost-effective solution for smaller steel doors. Hidden within the door and frame, it creates a clean, minimalist appearance while providing smooth and reliable operation. Ideal for internal doors and lighter external applications where a premium concealed look is desired without the cost of a heavy-duty pivot system.
Hinge Options
Standard Hinge
Our standard welded hinge is fitted to the majority of our steel doors and is designed to provide exceptional strength, smooth operation, and long-term reliability. Featuring an integrated grease nipple for ongoing lubrication, it can be serviced throughout its lifetime to ensure years of dependable performance.
Heavy Duty Hinge
Our heavy duty welded hinge is engineered for larger and heavier steel doors where additional load capacity is required. It also features an integrated grease nipple for easy maintenance, delivering smooth operation and outstanding durability even under demanding conditions.
Small Hinge
Our small welded hinge is used on lightweight steel doors and windows where a more compact profile is appropriate. Its discreet design maintains a refined appearance while still providing the strength, durability, and precision expected from a welded steel hinge.
Flush Bolts Options
Double Door Flush Bolt
Installed into the meeting edge of the inactive leaf, flush bolts securely lock the door to the head and threshold, keeping the inactive panel firmly in place. This creates a clean, concealed appearance while allowing the active leaf to operate normally. Supplied as standard in a Satin Stainless Steel finish, with colour-matched options available upon request.
Single Door Flush Bolt
The Iver Key Lock offers a sleek, modern design while providing the added security of key-operated locking. Ideal for internal or external applications requiring controlled access, it combines premium aesthetics with reliable functionality. Available in six standard finishes, with custom colour matching available upon request.
Seals
Compression Seal
Our compression seals are installed along the jamb stop, creating a continuous seal around the door when closed. They help minimise air leakage, improve thermal efficiency, reduce outside noise and enhance overall weather performance, all while remaining discreetly concealed within the frame.
Sweeper Seal
Installed along the bottom of our external doors, the sweeper seal provides an additional layer of weather protection by reducing drafts, dust and water ingress beneath the door. Working alongside our compression seals, it helps improve thermal efficiency and overall weather performance.
Auto Drop Seal
A concealed automatic drop seal is commonly used on our cellar doors and is also available upon request for other applications. As the door closes, the seal automatically lowers against the threshold to reduce air leakage, improve thermal efficiency and minimise drafts. When the door is opened, the seal retracts completely into the door, remaining hidden from view.
Window Hardware
