Factory
Our factory specialises in the fabrication of steel frames using both stainless and galvanised steel. With CNC laser cutting, precision welding, and expert assembly all handled in-house, we ensure consistency and strength in every product. While glass integration and powder coating are outsourced to trusted partner facilities, all components are quality-checked before final delivery. We can manufacture up to a maximum height of 6 metres, making us capable of handling large-scale and custom architectural designs.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Every product undergoes a strict three-stage inspection before it is shipped. The first check is carried out in-house at the factory to ensure structural accuracy and build quality. Once completed, two additional inspections are conducted by Steelos Steel team members to confirm finish, detail, and overall presentation. This process guarantees that each order meets our expectations before it reaches yours.
Quality Assurance
The factory offers full flexibility across size, design, and finish. Whether it's custom dimensions, unique hardware combinations, or bespoke styles, products are made to order to suit specific project needs. In addition to over 48 plated colour and finish combinations, any RAL colour can also be requested in a matt or anodised. Tailored designs are available for pivot, hinge, and sliding systems—ensuring both aesthetic impact and functional performance.

The factory is staffed with experienced welders, engineers, designers, and quality control inspectors who specialise in steel fabrication. Each member of the team is trained to deliver precise, high-quality work with a strong focus on detail and consistency. The in-house designers assist with technical drawings and modifications to ensure each product meets custom project requirements before production begins.
