Step 1: Submit Your Order
Fill out the order form with your chosen door or window style and submit it. Our team will review your request and provide a detailed quote within 4–7 business days.

Step 2: Confirm & Pay
Once you receive your quote and wish to place an order payment needed to proceed:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

• Payment options are: EFT or credit card.

Step 3: Approve Shop Drawings
After payment confirmation, we’ll provide shop drawings for approval. Once approved, production will begin.

Step 4: Production & Delivery
We ensure fast, Australia-wide delivery. After shop drawings are approved, your order will be manufactured and delivered within 9–12 weeks.
