Steelos Steel Order Process

Step 1

Browse our pre-designed collection and fill out the quote sheet to submit your request. If nothing matches your style, try our Made to Order service by following the prompts to submit your own design and preferred finishes.

Step 2

You'll receive a detailed quote with all costs outlined. The price is valid for 21 days and may change if confirmed after that, as per our Terms and Conditions.

Step 3

To confirm your order, a 40% deposit is required. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card on request. By paying the deposit, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Step 4

Shop drawings will be sent within 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Production will begin once you approve the drawings, and typically takes 4–5 weeks from the approval date.

Once production is complete, we will notify you.
The remaining 60% of the quote is required before your order can be cleared for delivery.

We will contact you within 4-5 weeks after final payment to arrange site delivery.
