Mullion Bars define the shape and style of the internal steel bars within your door design. Positioned inside the glass panels, they play a key role in the door’s overall aesthetic — ranging from bold, industrial statements to sleek, minimal lines. You can choose from four distinct mullion bar styles, each offering a different visual character to suit your space. Our standard size for this is 25mm but other sizes can be done a request.

Door Jambs:
Our jamb sizes range from 40 mm x 40 mm, 30 mm x 40 mm and 55mm x 65mm to tailor specific requirements. Custom jamb sizes can be provided to suit different construction methods and wall thicknesses upon request.
Mounting Points:
For installation, we offer two mounting options: external mounting tabs fixed to the outside of the jamb, or pre-drilled mounting holes concealed within the jamb
Threshold:
External doors are supplied with a steel weather-seal threshold, that is welded to the door jamb. Size is 25 mm x 150 mm. Internal doors do not include a threshold as standard; however, can be added on request if needed.
Door and Window Leafs:
Doors and windows have a standard leaf section size of 25 mm x 40 mm. This size is applied consistently across all door and window types to achieve clean sightlines, structural performance, and compatibility with a wide range of hardware. Section sizes may vary where required to suit specific design features.
Fabrication Method:
Our doors and windows are fabricated using a pinch fold method, formed on a CNC press brake to achieve precise, repeatable steel sections. The folded sections are welded, ground, and finished to produce clean, sharp profiles with no visible joins, resulting in a seamless, monolithic appearance. This fabrication approach allows greater control over sightlines, proportions, and tolerances, delivering consistent geometry across all systems and a refined architectural finish suited to modern detailing.
