Profiles
Every detail should be yours. That’s the Steelos Steel difference
Profiles refer to the shape and style of the internal steel bars used in your door design. These bars sit within the glass panels and define the door’s visual character — from bold and industrial to sleek and minimal.
What is a Profile?
Profile Range
Split Line Bar
A subtle central groove that adds depth and shadow.
Modern Flat
A clean, squared-off profile with no detailing.
D-Bar
A curved smoothed surface with no detailing.
Diamond Edge
A clean, angular profile with a squared-off edge
We use W20, W40 and FPS50 profile systems. The appropriate profile is selected by us based on the product type, size, mechanism, glass weight, and installation location to ensure the slimmest sightlines with the correct structural strength.
Range:
W20 — Interior doors and room dividers, Ultra-slim and refined
W40 - Standard doors and windows, Slim with increased rigidity
FPS50 — Large or exterior doors (including pivots) | Slim aesthetic with structural depth
Our Goal:
Designed for the slimmest possible steel aesthetic, while maintaining the strength and durability required for long-lasting doors and windows.
